Back Pain refers to pain in the lower or mid region of the spine. An estimated 80% of the population will suffer from back pain at some stage in their lives.

There are many different types of headaches. Commonly, they are referred from the neck, known as cervicogenic headaches, or caused by tension.
Neck pain refers to pain originating from the cervical spine which comprises of the top seven vertebrae that form your neck. It may present as pain along the cervical spine, in the head, shoulder pain or referred arm pain, tingling or numbness.
Sciatica arises when the sciatic nerve, which originates in the lumbar spine and runs down each leg, is irritated or impinged. It presents as pain that originates from the lumbar spine, pelvis or buttock and travels down the leg, sometimes into the foot.
Our physiotherapists have expertise in treating a wide range of sporting injuries. Physiotherapy should start as soon as possible, preferably on the day of injury.
Vertigo is a sense of dizziness or "spinning" sensation in the head. The most common form of this is Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo, or BPPV.
There are a number of conditions which are specific to women. These include pelvic floor problems, prolapse, mastitis, and back and neck pain during or after pregnancy.
